Founder & Chief Strategist

I’ve been told I am a loyal practitioner with great attention to detail, that I have the unique ability to drill down to the smallest of details without losing sight of the big picture and overall impact. Over the course of my 20 plus year career, I’ve launched new products that are now household brands and had the opportunity to resurrect older ones on both the agency and private side of business. Brands such as Coca-Cola and many of its community engagement projects, specifically around the soft drink and obesity debate, Olympic Torch Relay including event management for the 2004 Winter Olympics End-of_Day Celebration in St. Louis which hosted over 10,000 festival goers, Reebok, McDonald’s, Brown Shoe Company (Naturalizer), UPS and many more of some of the world’s leading brands.

Prior to launching C’Bri Media Strategies, I spent the last eight years overseeing public affairs, communications and community relations for Save-A-Lot food stores, a leading nationwide hard-discount grocery chain, operating more than 1200 stores nationally and serving more than five million shoppers each week. While there I had the unique opportunity to work with more than 300 independent owner/operators to grow their businesses, connect with community partners, build community giving programs and set them apart from the local competitors, all while staying true to corporate branding. It was also my job to attract potential investors into the Save-A-Lot family through solid Franchise Development PR programs.

The world of Franchise PR is unique – it is a world of simultaneous brand building. One must build the corporate brand, but also a personal brand that connects you with the community as a small business owner.

I believe by building a solid brand in partnership with your corporate brand is how you will set yourself apart in the communities you serve. And it is one of the most exciting things about what I do everyday.

If you are looking for ways to grow your business through PR or community engagement, I would love to chat with you.
